Genevieve & Noah // Ambassador Golf Club // Wedding in Windsor, Ontario

Genevieve & Noah had such a beautiful wedding day in Windsor, Ontario.

As as wedding photographer, my goal is to capture the essence of the day in a way that showcases the couple's personalities. I wanted to highlight the love and connection between not only Genevieve and Noah, but also their family and friends. Smiles were plastered on everyone's faces all day long. It was a true testament to the strong bond between this couple and the people they hold dear. The energy was contagious, and it was impossible not to get caught up in the excitement.

Genevieve & Noah had such a beautiful day here in Windsor, Ontario. They both began their wedding day getting ready at their childhood homes, surrounded by family and friends who have been with them every step of the way.

The ceremony took place at Sacred Heart Church in LaSalle, where Genevieve and Noah had their first look at the end of the aisle.

Genevieve chose to have both her mom and dad walk her down the aisle, which was such a beautiful touch. It’s becoming more common for brides to do this, and seeing her parents by her side was a special moment that I’m sure they’ll all forever cherish. Noah began that theme of family by having his mom walk him down the aisle to start the ceremony as well.

Between the ceremony and reception, we headed to Boblo Island to the bride’s aunt and uncle's home—a true luxury retreat with a private golf course and tennis court. The bridesmaids were singing "Going to the Chapel" during portraits, which was so fun and cute! Genevieve’s connection to her family’s home on Boblo Island was clear, as she talked about all the summers she spent there swimming and hanging out with her cousins. I loved that they chose to include a place to special to her as a part of their celebration.

Genevieve & Noah’s wedding reception was held at The Ambassador Golf Course in LaSalle, Ontario. On most days, you can count on a breathtaking sunset here, making it a perfect spot for wedding day golden hour photos. I also love the outdoor patio at this wedding venue as well, as it’s a fantastic space for guests to mingle and enjoy quiet moments together.

I also had the chance to take some late-night flat lay photos of the cake, using direct flash. It’s a fun trend right now in wedding photography, and I love how the photos turned out!

As the day unfolded, we couldn’t resist sneaking away for some stunning golden hour shots—a must at The Ambassador Golf Course, where the sunsets never disappoint.

One of the most memorable moments of the day was Genevieve and Noah’s late-night entrance! They danced in to a traditional Lebanese song while surrounded by all their wedding guests. This led into The Dabke, a group dance that brought everyone to the dance floor circling the couple, with the beat of the traditional drum filling the room.

Forever grateful to have had the privilege of capturing every moment of Genevieve and Noah’s beautiful wedding day. It was a day filled with love and laughter. I’m so excited to continue following their future story together—here's to a lifetime of happiness!
